Fantastic Beasts 3, end of the suspense! the date finally revealed!
We were impatiently awaited, the release date of the third installment of Fantastic Beasts has finally been revealed in a press release published on April 29 by Warner Bros Studios. Unfortunately, we will still have to take a hard time because the film, originally planned for November 2020, will not be released until November 12, 2021.
This 1-year delay is due in particular to the recent delay in the production of the film, which needs more preparation time to start filming. In the words of Tony Emmerich, the boss of Warner Bros. : "We think this release date will give the director more time and latitude to allow his creativity to flourish and produce the best possible film for fans."
The name of the film is still unknown to the general public at the moment, but it is obviously already known to certain actors like Jude Law and Eddie Redmayne. It is also unclear whether Johnny Deep will resume his role as Grindelwald in this third installment following recent rumors that Warner Bros. planned to separate from the actor.
So what does this new album have in store for us? We seem to be learning more about a new character: Professor Eulalie Hicks (a secondary character who appears very briefly in The Crimes of Grindewald). JK Rowling had already confirmed this in a tweet on April 28, 2018: "You only see a tiny bit of Lally (the professor's nickname) in Fantastic Beasts 2. She will return in all her glory in the third film".
Are we finally going to discover the American magic school? Will the action take place in the middle of the Second World War, as Jude Law suggested in one of his interviews? Are we talking about a plot in Brazil after Paris and New York? What will become of Norbert, Tina, Jacob and all the others? The suspense remains.
Come on November 12, 2021 to find out, until then stay FANTASTIC and you can always take a look at our collection right here.
