Harry Potter cake recipe (by Cinereplicas)

Here's proof that it's possible to make a beautiful Harry Potter cake by being a pastry enthusiast!
Follow our delicious recipe for plain cake without yoghurt, without even having to beat the whites in snow!
Ingredients (for 5 people)
Flour: 275 g
Chemical yeast: 0,75Bag
Softened butter: 225 g
Eggs: 4 
Powdered sugar: 190 g
Milk: 25Cl
Salt: 1,25Pinch
1. Preheat the oven to 180oC (th. 6).
In a large bowl, work the butter with the powdered sugar and salt, until an ointment is obtained.
2. Stir in eggs one by one, then flour and baking powder sifted together. Finally, relax with the milk.
3. Butter and flour the Harry Potter mould, pour in the dough, then smooth the surface with a spatula.
Bake for about 50 minutes: the blade of a knife planted in the heart of the cake must come out dry.
4 Leave COOL IN the pan, out of the oven, then unmould. Be proud of your Harry Potter cake, with the coat of the land of Gryffondor or Hogwarts.
